  2. Others: Below is three examples that have been explored but have not been able to connect to a potential application other that the core product design. One is for a small dishwasher, the second is for health monitoring and the last here is for sleep monitoring. They could have in-vehicle or Wellness Add opportunities but not sure of the potential. For example, the dishwasher can be a great outdoor camping extra while the sleep health monitor can monitor kids in rear seats on long drives.

Aeries II is a 4D LiDAR Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technology LiDAR-on-chip design, the sensor uniquely detects the fourth dimension of instantaneous velocity in addition to 3D position. It leverages 4D sensor data to deliver new capabilities such as Ultra Resolution, which provides up to 20 times the resolution of legacy LiDAR sensors, enabling automated vehicles to detect objects like small road hazards at highway speeds from up to twice the distance of 3D LiDAR sensors. Thin film-based EC devices can be easily cut and encapsulated into a glass with any curvature and irregular shapes, which makes it possible to be applied to a wide variety of applications. Arbe’s 360° Radar-Based Perception processes highly detailed data captured by Arbe’s long-range front, back, and surround radars, using AI to identify, classify, and track surrounding objects for real-time analysis of the free space around the vehicle, as well as evolving hazards.   1. AU’s Rear Occupant Alert Radar can detect the presence of lifeforms in the back seat (2~3 rows) of vehicles. The product was originally developed to prevent recurring deaths of child/infant negligence accidents on summer days. Since AU’s radar uses a 60GHz high-frequency millimeter wave to detect a human’s unique respiration pattern, the radar demonstrates greater accuracy compared to commonly-used ultrasonic or weight sensors.   4. DC3600RA dashcam capable of recording high-resolution front, rear, and 360-degree footage with only two cameras.   1. Nature X is a multi-functional desktop controller and gateway supporting multi protocols. Through the knob and button, Nature X can control various smart home devices, including third-party devices, such as curtains, the color, and brightness of lights, air conditioners, and music. It can also set smart scenes such as leaving home, coming home, sleeping, and so on to make people live more comfortably at home. With Nature X, one can also check the state of other intelligent devices.

UWB(Ultra-Wide Band) antennas on XiteSafety can detect smart tags on workers who come nearby the working range of equipment and warn the worker or cut off the hydraulics to actively control the equipment. 2019 CES showcased many innovations and applications ideal for integration in 2021 to 2022 MY Level 3 to Level 5 Autonomous Vehicles and People Movers.

Technology suppliers from France, UK, Holland and other European countries and China in Eureka Park.

China Technology Innovators in the Design and Source Showcase outside South Hall.

US Innovators exhibiting at the Sands, Central and South Halls, Venetian and other areas.

Technologies and applications exhibited have huge potential for fast to market applications in the automotive eco-system.

OE’s & Suppliers can quickly integrate technologies & innovations exhibited and develop products with features to enhance driver and passenger in-vehicle experience.

Three Automotive market segments ideal for feature enhancements through technology integration showcased at CES:
