Coolso Tech Gesture Control Software for the METAVERSE
Currently, Coolso provides a software solution that recognizes gestures using only an accelerometer and gyroscope. Our solution can be applied to any smartwatch or wristband and eliminates the need for specific hardware.
The core software technology uses patent technology to detect muscle vibration signals, which are processed with their own AI model to accurately recognize finger movement and strength level with a quick response time. It can be deployed on smartwatches and wristbands with minimal system requirements to enable gesture recognition.
CoolSo aims to connect humans and the metaverse using our smart wearable solution. All the user needs to do is wear a compact-sized wristband and he will be able to interact with Metaverse using both hands.
CoolSo solution provides full range gesture control experience not limited by a camera and can continuously detect gestures even when outside visual range such as basketball dribbles and shots. This function can track gestures outside of camera coverage.
A system for recognizing user gestures according to a muscle active signal detected from the user’s wrist and a method thereof are provided. After detecting a target muscle active signal from a wrist of a user, the system obtains a target feature signal when the measured amplitude exceeds a predetermined value of the target muscle active signal, generates target feature data by the target feature signal, and uses a gesture classification model to classify the target feature data for recognizing the user’s gestures. The proposed system and the method can let users easily wear this muscle active signal detecting device at the correct position for recognizing gestures accurately and can achieve the effect of recognizing gestures with lower power consumption and lower costs.
