Seat 3D Lighting Solution

• Design Intent: Luxury Car Seat Lighting.
• Technology Solution: Integrate thin light guide with imbedded PCBA with ultrasonic welding.
• Basic Concept: Dead font when not lit and Theater On in RGB with color selection. ON / OFF based on LIN signal from system. The Theater ON / OFF time is 2 secs and assumed full ON time of 15 secs.

Production Lighting PCBA Board Dimensions and Bill of Materials
The PCBA design is complete with Micro, LIN transceiver, voltage regulator, connector, LED’s resistors and diodes.

 

Lighting Intensity: Target is to be more than 20 Nit but less than 60 Nit.
