Rechargeable In-Car Cup Warmer

Problem:
Cars not equipped with temperature control cup heaters in cup holder
Aftermarket cup heaters need power cable – not ergonomically friendly Must be kept connected permanently to USB / Power Point

Solution: 
Incorporate wireless low power nano heater technology into sleeve
Package rechargeable battery in cup warmer with charging circuit to eliminate permanent power cord
Design for battery to be recharged off the car USB, Power Point or home wall socket

• Designed for medium and large coffee cups.
• Bottom nano heater temperature to be > 60C within 5 minutes of ON.
• The heater to directly interface with paper cup base.
• Designed to keep cup liquid at 60C assuming starting temperature 80-85C.
• Sleeve must fit into most car cup holders.
• Sleeve designed to keep liquid warm uniformly from top to bottom
• Cup interior dimensions with 80 mm interior height and 120 mm external height.
• Auto off with 30 minute timer integrated to circuit.
• ON / OFF switch – blue lighted ring on cup top to indicate ON.
• 30 minute timer to turn OFF Nano Heater to avoid battery drain.
• RED low battery’ flashing indicator when battery lever below 25% of full power.
• Charging time < 90 minutes through USB in car charger.
• Charging port at top of cup warmer.
• Nano heater will be OFF when battery is being charged.
• Indicator to stay RED during charging and change to blue once fully charged.
• Battery indicator only lit when cup turned on.
• UL Certified
• Sealed rechargeable 3700 mAh battery pack for 7 cup servings before recharging.

• Warmer with USB charging cable.
