FUZE Textile Enhancing Nanotechnology
- FUZE permanently adheres to textiles and can withstand even the toughest commercial washes – proven to last over one hundred washes without leeching downstream!
- FUZE is non-ionic and do not leach out
- FUZE is applied as a pressure fog, so no water is wasted or polluted during manufacturing or during application
- No chemicals or toxic additives are used in the process.
- FUZE enhances evaporation by reducing the surface tension that binds water molecules to the fabric
- FUZE fabrics evaporate 20% to 60% faster than identical un-treated fabrics
- The enhanced evaporative cooling reduces fabric surface temperatures 4-6 degrees
- FUZE obliterates harmful and odor-causing pathogens by mechanically disassembling organism upon contact and rendering it incapable of multiplying!
- FUZE refracts UV light
- Protects garment from UV degradation
- Enhanced color fastness

FUZE is applied with a multi-nozzle, high pressure fog system – Distilled water: No chemicals / Air: Oil-free 400CFS compressor / Adjustable: 24” – 120” width / Control: Metered control infusion pumps.
FUZE is a permanent, chemical-free technology that can be applied to any surface or textile to prevent and protect against odor causing bacteria, mold and infectious diseases. Dedicated to sustainability, only a small amount of FUZE is applied during a light misting process at either the factory or the consumer level, causing no harmful effects to you or the environment.
FUZE is applied as a light, water-based mist and permanently adheres to any material, product, or surface. Toxic disease carrying bacteria will move up to 3 centimeters within 24 hours as it searches for food. On their search for food, they will come in contact with FUZE particles that will pierce their membrane shells and kill them.
A virus cannot live for long on any surface without a host such as bacteria, microorganisms, mold, or fungus. FUZE™ kills these hosts for over 6 months. Dangerous infections that are resistant to antibiotics are spreading and growing stronger, with dire consequences – Consumer Reports – May 2016.
Every year, 2.8 million people in the U.S. alone get infected with some strain of bacteria that is evolved resistance to the drugs designed to kill it. 35,000 of those patients die. Two of the five superbugs that the CDC listed as the most urgent threats in a 2019 report had an 8% fatality rate (as of 2017 data) — deadlier than COVID-19. These bacteria like to buddy up with viruses such as COVID-19, taking advantage of patients weakened immune systems to wreak extra havoc.
FUZE™ expanded to include a treatment that can be successfully applied to all surfaces. FUZE™ is an environmentally safe, topical treatment that permanently binds to any surface. A virus cannot live for long on any surface without a host such as bacteria, microorganisms, mold, or fungus. FUZE™ kills these hosts for over 6 months. Once applied, FUZE™ continues to kill harmful pathogens without the use of toxic disinfectant chemicals.
FUZE™ has a proprietary application process that applies billions of bacteria fighting units to any surface in a matter of seconds. FUZE™ is applied by a high-pressure dry mist of micron size water droplets. The application is odor-free, and does not wet, mark, or damage the surface, nor does it cause any discoloration. A surface can be used immediately after treatment. There is no waiting period.
Once applied to the surface, FUZE™ binds at the atomic level and remains there permanently. FUZE™ has been able to develop a variety of MISTI applicators for each unique application.
Nelson Laboratories, an FDA-registered and ISO 17025 accredited provider of full life cycle microbiology testing services, performed multiple anti-bacterial tests using FUZE™ material. In accordance with USFDA regulations 21 CFR Part 58, Nelson Labs conducted three Time Kill studies following standard Test Protocol 0158 Rev 02.
FUZE treatment refracts UVA and UVB rays that fade upholstery and cause sun damage to interior surfaces. FUZE is invisible on glass and other surfaces and will not affect transparency.
FUZE™ is non-toxic, chemical free, harmless to the environment and has no negative effects downstream. Because of its unique structure and fabrication method it is a completely stable product.
FUZE™ creates pure organic metal alloys that are not chemically manufactured, altered, or stored. The manufacturing process is environmentally friendly and requires very little space and energy. FUZE™ has an extremely small, almost non-existent carbon footprint that is world changing on a world economic scale.
Other products use chemical components to destroy bacteria. They are extremely effective in the short term and exhibit harmful effects when in contact, inhaled, or digested. Other common products like Microban used on fabrics or in plastics use an unstable, oxidizing (depleting), product that produces ions to kill bacteria. Ion bombardment 24 hours a day is one of the main reasons for toxic concern all over the world.
FUZE™ is applied using a high-pressure oil-less compressor very similar to what is used in medical practices but on a slightly larger scale. It has been designed to be very quiet at only 60 decibels and operate consuming under 10 amps. The air is used to reduce distilled water to very small (5 micron) droplets by internally mixing and forcing out the application nozzle. The water is so fine you can hold your hand in front of the application just a few inches and it will not be wet. The application is essentially dry, does not affect any surface or leave any residue or markings. The area can be occupied and used immediately after application.
The system is designed to treat the entire facility in minutes including the carpets. It is specifically crafted to be wheeled through hallways with efficiency and ease.
