TQ DMD headlamp (Mega Pixels)
TQ is LASER & Pixel lighting expert (automotive) and a lighting technical design house and laser optical engine manufacturer. In addition to stage lighting they have developed MP automotive 
DMD pixels front lighting (WEY VV6, China) and Laser lighting for Endoscopy (Storz, Germany).
Pixel lighting has been OE automotive certificated (thermal vibration all verified), very bright (1800 lm and 91 lux@ctr), light weight and compact engine.
ADB is an adaptive front-lighting system that automatically enables high beam headlamps and adapts their beam patterns to create a shaded area around oncoming and preceding vehicles to improve long-range visibility for the driver without causing discomfort, distraction, or glare to other road users. Headlight detected vehicles/pedestrians and light on by segmentation for anti-glare purpose.
Million pixels headlight provides following feature advantages:
1. The DMD headlight does not only have the ADB but also provides safety assistance system for night driving and interaction with pedestrians and cars.
2. It provides million pixels which light pattern can be adjusted and controlled. It detects the complicated situation on the road, recognize of pedestrians, vehicles and other objects on the road, and projects images on the road for night driving safety improvement.
3. The DMD headlight includes the function:
– Adaptive driving beam for anti-glare.
– On load Head-up-Display (virtual dashboard).
– Traffic status warnings.
– Interaction with pedestrians and cars.

TQ is providing a universal standard DMD light engine as a component to fit in most vehicles’ fixtures. TQ acts as lighting engine maker, work together with car maker for better pixels lighting application usage and comply to 1st tier set maker for production.
Technically, TQ can work with car maker for better technology creation (interface/SW/new creation…) Production-wise, TQ will provide the engine to 1st tier set maker to complete the tier arrangement.
Besides mega pixels front lighting, smaller size (400k pixels) for doorsill or back-mirror application (dynamic picture, color) is building up, welcome join our developing process.
